Poori is a perfect snack anytime...whether traveling, school, work or even special chai - Tea/Coffee time! So I thought of making it with more nutrition.
Ingredients
  Multigrain flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Rice flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Carrom seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grounded
  Pepper powder 1 Teaspoon
  Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Melted ghee 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
