These Paneer Cutlets are delicious and easy to make. They are crispy from out, juicy from inside. Serve them as they are or with green chutney or Tamarind chutney.
Ingredients
  Grated paneer 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mashed potato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Capsicum 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Cilantro 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Ginger and green chili paste 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cumin powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mango powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Mozzarella cheese 3 Tablespoon, grated
  Corn starch 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 5 Tablespoon (for rolling)
  Oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (For deep frying)
