  Khoya 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Rava 1 Tablespoon
  Besan 2 Tablespoon
  Cardomom powder 1 Teaspoon
  Saffron 1 Pinch
  Milk 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
For frying
  Oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (For deep frying)
  Ghee 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For deep frying)
For glaze
  Powder sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ghee 6 Tablespoon
