MAKING
1. Heat pan on high flame. Add full fat milk, stir and cook for 10 minutes.
2. In another pan, heat ghee. Drop in the cashews and almonds and roast them until they get a slight brown colour.
3. Drop the kishmish to the pan and cook until they puff up slightly.
4. Transfer the nuts to a bowl.
5. To the same pan, add the bread and toast them on both sides.
6. To the milk pan, add kesar and continue to cook. Add condensed milk and cook for about 5 minutes.
7. When the milk has condensed to form rabri. Add cardamom powder and stir.
FINALIZING
8. Slice the toasted bread into small slices and arrange them on a platter.
9. Chop toasted nuts and sprinkle on top.
10. Pour rabri over the bread slices.
SERVING
11. Garnish with almond flakes and silver leaf and serve.
