Indian Spiced Mutton
|Mutton||2 Pound, finely minced|
|Dry breadcrumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garam masala||2 Teaspoon|
|Prunes||12 , pitted|
Place all ingredients except prunes in a mixing bowl.
Mix together thoroughly and shape into 12 croquettes or rissoles, placing a prune in the centre of each.
Barbecue over hot coals for approximately 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
If desired, baste with favourite marinade while cooking.
