This Indian Spiced Mutton surprises you with the flavors packed into it. For those who loves the strong taste of mutton, this is defintely the dish for you. Try this Indian Spiced Mutton for once, I bet, you will get a lot of compliments for this one!!
Ingredients
  Mutton 2 Pound, finely minced
  Dry breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Garam masala 2 Teaspoon
  Prunes 12 , pitted
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place all ingredients except prunes in a mixing bowl.
Mix together thoroughly and shape into 12 croquettes or rissoles, placing a prune in the centre of each.
Barbecue over hot coals for approximately 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
If desired, baste with favourite marinade while cooking.
