MAKING
In a large bowl combine the lean ground chicken with tandoori masala, salt , pepper, and half of the chopped onions and chilies. Mix it well.
Pour out bite size morsels onto a plate. Deep fry these chicken balls in hot oil. They need to tough on the outside so they can be skewered.
For the butter chicken sauce add half a stick of the butter to a hot pan, oce it melts fry up the rest of the onions, chilies, and coriander.
Add all the powdered spices, sauté it and then add 2 tbsp of the tomato puree then add the water san continue sautéing.
Add salt, pepper and whipping cream. Cream used can vary in quantity based on how mellow you want it to be.
Once the sauce is ready add the chicken ball and let it cook for a while.
SERVING
Place the bites on a platter, place individual toothpicks, garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot
