Ingredients
  Raw mango 1 Large, finely chopped, skin and seeds removed
  Dry red chilies 4
  Chopped garlic 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Fenugreek seed 1 Teaspoon, roasted and coarsely pounded
  Asafoetida 1 Pinch
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Coarsely pound the chillies and garlic.
Mix all the ingredients together and leave to marinate for at least an hour.
