Special Chocolate Icing
|Light corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Semisweet chocolate bits||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
Combine corn syrup, water, and butter in saucepan.
Bring to rapid boil, stirring until butter is melted.
Remove from heat; add chocolate.
Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Cool to room temperature before pouring over cake, petis fours, or desired dessert to glaze; chill until set.
