Lemon-Orange Icing does not take much time to prepare. The lemon and orange juice gives the Lemon-Orange Icing a two dimensional taste. Must use it.
|Confectioners sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh orange juice||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Sift confectioners' sugar and cinnamon into a small bowl.
Dribble in juices, stirring constantly until icing is smooth.
Drizzle over cooled cake.
