The mazurkas with lemon icing can be prepared with either simple mazurkas or almond mazurkas. It is the lemon icing to these that makes them so special. Simply made with lemon juice and confectioners sugar, the mazurkas with lemon icing are frosted after baking and are great when you want a light and fresh tasting dessert with the hint of lemon!
2 Cup (32 tbs)
Prepare and bake mazurkas as directed.
Cool on a wire rack.
Meanwhile, mix confectioners' sugar with lemon juice until smooth.
Spread icing over mazurkas.
Cut into 2 inch squares.
