Low Fat Dessert Topping
|Skim milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Instant nonfat dry milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Pour skim milk into mixing bowl.
2. Place bowl and beaters from electric mixer in freezer until the milk becomes slushy, 30 to 45 minutes.
3. Beat nonfat dry milk into skim milk in bowl for 4 minutes or until soft peaks form.
4. Add honey and vanilla and beat for 2 more minutes. Use immediately.
