|Confectioners sugar||4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)|
|Soft cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 package)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Currants||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Beat sugar, cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla together until smooth.
Fold in walnuts and currants.
Spread over cooled bundt cake.
Note: To plump currants, soak in 1/4 cup of hot water for 5 minutes; drain well.
