Currant-Nut Icing

Try this version of amazingly delicious Currant-Nut Icing recipe. An effortlessly prepared recipe; the Currant-Nut Icing is a dish that you would surely love to talk about with us!
  Confectioners sugar 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Soft cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 package)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Currants 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Beat sugar, cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla together until smooth.
Fold in walnuts and currants.
Spread over cooled bundt cake.
Note: To plump currants, soak in 1/4 cup of hot water for 5 minutes; drain well.
