Chocolate Icing (for Eclairs)

Ingredients
  Unsweetened chocolate 2 Ounce (2 Squares)
  Butter/Margarine 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Confectioner's sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), sifted
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler.
Remove from heat.
Stir in confectioners' sugar and milk, blending till mixture is smooth and of spreading consistency.
