|Canned crushed pineapple||20 Ounce (Undrained)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned flaked coconut||3 1⁄2 Ounce|
Combine pineapple, sugar, and cornstarch in a small saucepan, stir well.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook 1 minute, stirring frequently.
Stir in butter and coconut.
