Pineapple Topping

Ingredients
  Canned crushed pineapple 20 Ounce (Undrained)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned flaked coconut 3 1⁄2 Ounce
Directions

Combine pineapple, sugar, and cornstarch in a small saucepan, stir well.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook 1 minute, stirring frequently.
Stir in butter and coconut.
