Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 6 Ounce
  Baking chocolate 4 Ounce
  Mint flavoring 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

Pour sugar in blender, cover, and process at high speed.
Add remaining ingredients and blend at high speed until thick.
Covers a 9-inch layer cake.
