Blanched Almond Topping (Uncooked)

  Almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Blend in a blender almonds, vanilla, and enough water to make a topping the consistency of whipped cream.
Serve like whipped cream, spooned on slices of pie.
