Caramel Icing

Frosting, the way it is meant to be. Just fat and sugar and crazy light on the tongue. You're welcome in advance. Like all of my recipes, this is gluten-free, dairy-free, grain-free, soy-free, paleo, sugar-free, and cane sugar-free.
Ingredients
  Palm sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), ground
  Palm shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Almond milk 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk it first slowly then on medium high speed till it is creamy.

SERVING
2. It can be used immediately as stuffing on cookie sandwiches or on cakes. Refrigerate it for serving on top of desserts.
