1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk it first slowly then on medium high speed till it is creamy.
2. It can be used immediately as stuffing on cookie sandwiches or on cakes. Refrigerate it for serving on top of desserts.
