Chocolate Peanut Butter Icing

Ingredients
  Semi- sweet chocolate chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In small bowl over barely simmering water, melt chocolate and peanut butter.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Chill until spreading consistency if necessary.
Makes about 1-1/4 cups (300 mL).
