  Butter 225 Gram
  Icing sugar 120 Gram, sifted
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, blend butter until light and creamy.
2.Stir in icing sugar and blend the mixture until smooth.
3.Stir in the flavoring and coloring along with salt and continue blending.
4.Refrigerate.

SERVING
5.This filling can be used in a variety of ways including cakes, tarts and other assorted pastries
