Chocolate Butter Cream for Fillings And Icings
|Cooking chocolate/Plain chocolate||225 Gram, grated|
|Icing sugar||175 Gram, sifted|
|Vanilla essence||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
1.In a pan, put half the quantity of butter and heat it until melted on hot water.
2.Turn the flame off and add chocolate and milk to it and leave for 15- 20 minutes over the hot water.
3.Mix well until the chocolate melts.
4.Stir in remaining butter, icing sugar, salt and vanilla essence.
5.Mix well and allow the mixture to cool.
7.Whisk well and use as a filling.
