|Icing sugar||350 Gram|
|Stock syrup||5 Tablespoon (As Required)|
|Essence/Flavoring||4 Drop (Of Your Choice)|
1.In a bowl, sieve icing sugar and salt using a nylon sieve.
2.Put the bowl on pan containing hot water and slowly stir in stock syrup.
3.Blend the mixture using a whisk or wooden spoon until a thick consistency has been achieved.
4.Blend and add the flavoring or essence.
5.Use warm for spreading on cake.
6.Use a metal spatula dipped in hot water for spreading evenly.
