Chocolate Satin Icing

Ingredients
  Icing sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Hot water 1 Tablespoon
  Corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened chocolate 2 1⁄2 Ounce, melted
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Rum extract/1 teaspoon vanilla 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add icing sugar, hot water, corn syrup and melted chocolate.
2) Blend well.
3) Continue beating ½ egg mixture, separately.
4) Beat in butter 1 tablespoon at a time.
5) In a pan of ice water, place the bowl.
6) Beat the icing until ready to spread.

SERVING
7) Allow this creamy, glossy icing to spread on cake.
