Chocolate Fluff Icing

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Confectioners sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened chocolate 3 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 2
Directions

Cream butter; add 3/4 cup sugar.
Blend well.
Add vanilla, chocolate and salt.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Add remaining sugar, small amount at a time, beating after each addition until blended.
Beat until mixture forms stiff peaks.
Fold into chocolate mixture gently.
Yield: Icing for 2-layer cake or one 13 x 9-inch sheet cake.
