|Icing sugar||4 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Cold water||1 Tablespoon|
1. Take a mixing bowl and add sieve in icing sugar ; add lemon juice.
2. Slowly, add the water, whisking well to obtain a smooth consistency, enough to coat the back of the wooden spoon thickly
3. Use the glace icing to coat your favorite pastries or cakes. Decorate if necessary and let it set. Serve.
4. Glace Icing can be coloured as for Butter Icing.
