Vanilla Butter Icing
|Icing sugar||4 Ounce|
|Vanilla essence||4 Drop|
1. Take a bowl. Add in butter and vanilla essence. Using a hand blender or a small wooden spoon, cream until soft.
2. In a bowl, sieve icing sugar.
3. Gradually stir the icing sugar into the butter. Whisk well until the butter icing is almost white and fluffy in texture.
5. Use the butter icing to coat your favorite pastries or cakes and serve.
