Ingredients
  Icing sugar 1 Pound
  Egg whites 2
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add egg whites and beat till frothy.
2) While beating, add icing sugar 1 tablespoon at a time, and beat after each addition.
3) Continue beating till stiff peaks are formed.
4) Flavor as required.

SERVING
5) Serve over cake.
