Chocolate Icing

Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate 6 Ounce
  Unsweetened chocolate 2 Ounce (Unsweetened)
  Instant coffee 2 Tablespoon (Strong, Prepared)
  Vanilla extract/Rum 1 Teaspoon
  Corn syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Approximately)
Directions

Over low heat melt the chocolates with the coffee and vanilla or rum flavoring.
Add the corn syrup.
Mix well.
Stir in the cream.
Cool.
This icing may be made ahead and frozen until needed.
