Lemon Cream Icing

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Confectionery sugar 8 Ounce (1 Box)
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon rind 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Cream/Evaporated milk 2 Tablespoon (As Desired)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar and lemon juice.
2) To this, add lemon rind.
3) If the icing is not soft enough, add a few teaspoons of cream or evaporated milk to soften.

SERVING
4) Top the cake with this icing as desired.
