Basic Savory Topping

Ingredients
  Yogurt 177 Milliliter, strained (3/4 Cup)
  Strained yogurt 177 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Parsley stalks 15 Milliliter, minced (1 Tablespoon, Use Fresh)
  Minced fresh chives 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Pure maple syrup 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  White wine 15 Milliliter, de-alcoholized (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

Gently stir the yogurt in a small bowl to remove the lumps.
Stir in the parsley stalks, chives, maple syrup and pepper.
It's your choice whether or not to splash with the de-alcoholized wine.
To Serve: Spoon 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of the topping over baked potatoes, for example.
