Basic Savory Topping
|Yogurt||177 Milliliter, strained (3/4 Cup)|
|Strained yogurt||177 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Parsley stalks||15 Milliliter, minced (1 Tablespoon, Use Fresh)|
|Minced fresh chives||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Pure maple syrup||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Coarsely ground black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|White wine||15 Milliliter, de-alcoholized (1 Tablespoon)|
Gently stir the yogurt in a small bowl to remove the lumps.
Stir in the parsley stalks, chives, maple syrup and pepper.
It's your choice whether or not to splash with the de-alcoholized wine.
To Serve: Spoon 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of the topping over baked potatoes, for example.
