Ingredients
  Frozen unsweetened strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries Or Blackberries)
  Honey 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Crush the berries.

MAKING
2) Take a medium bowl and mix together crushed berries and honey in it.
3) Mix this mixture with yogurt.

SERVING
4) Use as required.
