Ingredients
  Confectioners sugar 4 Pound
  Egg whites 12
  Cream of tartar 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a large mixing bowl, add confectioners' sugar, egg whites and cream of tartar and beat together for 10 minutes or till stiff peaks appear.
2. Use a damp towel, cover and keep aside. Take out and use when required.

SERVING
3. Use as icing.
