Snow Flake Icing
|Light corn syrup||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
Bring corn syrup to boiling point.
Beat egg whites until soft flakes are formed, add salt to eggs.
Gradually pour syrup over eggs—constantly beating until peaks are formed when lifting beater.
Stir in vanilla.
Tin's generously frosts two 9 layers.
