The rich and beautiful mocha icing lends a refreshingly delicious flavor to the cake topping. A must try for all coffee land chocolate lovers!
Ingredients
  Icing sugar 1 Pound
  Chocolate slab 2 Ounce
  Butter 3 Ounce
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Instant coffee powder 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Dissolve the instant coffee powder and choco- late in boiling water; cream the butter and sugar.
Beat together until smooth.
Use for filling and also to decorate the top of cake
