This smooth and butter-like coconut topping with brown sugar is appealingly delicious on cakes. Blends pretty well with any cake!
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Melt the butter and mix in the sugar and coconut.
Blend well and smooth evenly over cake.
Place under the grill for a few minutes to brown slightly.
Do not allow to burn.
Decorate with a fork in a trellis pattern while still hot, and dot with cherries.
