Broiled Penuche Icing

|Firmly packed light brown sugar/Firmly packed dark brown sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened to room temperature|
|Heavy cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix all ingredients and spread evenly on warm cake.
Set on wire cake rack over baking pan and broil 5" from the heat 3-4 minutes until mixture bubbles and browns lightly.
Cool slightly before cutting.
