Ingredients
  Orange rind 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Confectioners sugar/Powdered sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg white 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Prepare orange rind by grating with a grater.
2) In a bowl, pour in lemon juice and place the orange rind inside lemon juice to soak for some time.

MAKING
3) Combine juice, sugar and egg together and beat properly.

SERVING
4) Use this mixture to spread on warm cake.
