|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Solid vegetable shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs), sifted|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Cream butter and vegetable shortening with sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Add milk or water and vanilla. Blend at medium speed until creamy. Tint, if desired.
Fill, frost and decorate your cake.
