Vanilla Butterscotch Topping
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||4 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Half and half||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In 4 cup microproof measure, combine brown and granulated sugars and flour.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Microwave on HI Power for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until mixture boils.
Microwave on Power 7 for 4 to 5 minutes, or until mixture thickens, stirring every 2 minutes.
