Preheat oven to 275°F .
Break crackers into various sizes.
Place on un-greased cookie sheet with sides, allowing crackers to touch but not overlap.
Drizzle half the melted butter over crackers.
Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle half over crackers.
Top with half the almonds.
Drizzle with remaining butter and finish with sugar and almonds.
Bake just until crackers look soft, 10 to 15 minutes.
Watch carefully or sugar will burn.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
Great with ice cream, custard and fruit, orjust as a solo snack.
