Brown Butter Icing

|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Unsifted confectioners sugar||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then cook until golden brown.
Remove from heat and blend in the milk alternately with sugar until smooth and of desired spreading consistency.
