Ingredients
  Apples 4 Cup (64 tbs), diced
  Fructose 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Stir all ingredients together in 1-qt casserole.
Microwave at High 4 to 6 minutes, or until apples are tender, stirring once or twice.
Serve warm or cold.
