|Softened butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce (At Room Temperature)|
|Honey||3 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)|
|Raw wheat germ||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Non instant powdered milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Blend butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Add honey and vanilla.
Stir in wheat germ and powdered milk.
If frosting is too thick, add a little more honey.
Spread onto cooled cake and pour walnuts over evenly.
