Spinach With Brazil Nut Topping

|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped brazil nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1 Dash|
|Frozen spinach||20 Ounce, cooked (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)|
Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan.
Add bread crumbs and Brazil nuts.
Stir and cook until crumbs are brown.
