Fluffy Chocolate Icing
|Unsweetened chocolate square||2 Ounce (2 Squares)|
|Firmly packed sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream/Top of milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , unbeaten|
Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler.
Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients.
Stir until well blended.
Place into a bowl of partially melted ice cubes.
Beat with rotary egg beater, or electric mixer until thick and fluffy.
Enough for 9-inch square cake.
