Vanilla Creme Icing:
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||5 Tablespoon|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Combine milk and flour in a 4-cup glass measure.
Microwave at HIGH 3 to 5 minutes.
Stir at 1 minute intervals.
Add butter, sugar, shortening, vanilla, and salt.
Beat until fluffy.
Use as filling between two chocolate cookies.
