Pineapple Topping

  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Pineapple 15 1⁄4 Ounce, crushed (in juice, undrained)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
Directions

Combine cornstarch and water in a saucepan, stirring until smooth.
Add pineapple, sugar, and orange rind; stir well.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook until mixture is thickened.
