|Pineapple||15 1⁄4 Ounce, crushed (in juice, undrained)|
|Orange rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
Combine cornstarch and water in a saucepan, stirring until smooth.
Add pineapple, sugar, and orange rind; stir well.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook until mixture is thickened.
