Banana Caramel Topping

Ingredients
  Caramel ice cream topping 12 1⁄4 Ounce (1 jar)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Firm bananas 5 Medium, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  Rum extract 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla ice cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a large saucepan, combine ice cream topping, lemon juice, cinnamon and peel.
Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through.
Just before serving, stir in bananas and extract.
