Apricots With Sour Cream Custard Topping

Ingredients
  Canned apricots 825 Gram, drained (1 Can)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Self raising flour 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 250 Gram (1 Carton)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Arrange apricots over base of pie plate (base measurement 20cm diameter).
2. Combine remaining ingredients except cinnamon and sugar. Pour over apricots, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, cook on HIGH for eight to ten minutes. Stand five minutes or until custard is completely set.
