|Icing sugar/Null||100 Gram (Null)|
Beat butter with a fork in a bowl.
Gradually, add icing sugar, beating well.
Add essence and colour.
Fill icing in syringe or paper cones and use to decorate cake.
Keep icing in a polythene bag till time to use.
This prevents it from becoming dry.
If necessary add a few drops warm water to soften the icing.
