Creamy Chocolate Icing
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chocolate square||2 Ounce, cut up (unsweetened)|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Icing sugar||4 Cup (64 tbs) (sifted)|
Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan over low heat.
Remove from heat and blend in flour and salt.
Stir in milk slowly and return to low heat.
Cook, stirring constantly, until very thick and smooth.
Remoye from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla.
Set in ice water and continue stirring until of spreading consistency.
Add a little more sugar if necessary.
